VGR’s Chief Operations Officer is a Zambian national who has been in the real estate business for many years. He has been leading real estate investments and construction projects in South Africa, Zambia, Liberia, Kenya and Tanzania. He is the holder of a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Graduate in Political Science. He also studied Project Management and Planning, Construction Management and Property Maintenance. In 2019, David was voted the most influential young entrepreneur by MTN Zambia and was the company’s Ambassador that same year. He was also listed among the Top Twenty (20) most influential young entrepreneurs in Zambia. This was due to the level of influence his company had in the real estate and construction sector. David was also lead consultant at Tanga Cement PLC, overseeing the production line of the company. Over the years, David has built a strong understanding of the real estate sector and its operations and dynamics.

Our Chief Administration Officer is a Tanzanian national, a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and Environmental Studies. She has established herself in the hospitality industry over the years, starting out as an AirBnB host, later becoming one of the top super hosts on AirBnB. She is well traveled, connected and has a clear understanding of the real estate business in Tanzania.
The company’s Chief Executive Officer and founder is a renowned and avid world traveler whom through her vast travels, realized the need for a one stop solution for all travel related services, especially on the African continent. Her challenges in purchasing, renting, finding quality accommodations, reliable transport, honest consultants etc., made it very difficult for her to navigate whenever she landed in a new country. As such, VGR became the brain child to fill this needed gap, ensuring a smooth and easy transition upon arrival on the continent. Sheena brings a wealth of global experience including customer service, management and quality control. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Journalism.
She has a knack for finding properties whose value has the potential to increase exponentially and has a great eye for detail along with connections to reputable contractors, agents and clients worldwide. She is passionate about customer care, timeliness and reliable services and brings over 25 years of experience.
